Okay this is a short one, but could be the most impactful to your life. If you are willing to take the dive.
Best of all it is a simple one too, because I don’t have to explain anything, it all makes sense in of itself.
So, your only task that you have to do is this, don’t watch TV or any other kind of mindless content for two weeks (podcasts I’ll allow, but consider yourself lucky, because I am a kind and understanding person). That also means no streaming services, so no Netflix, so on and so on. What will you do to fill in the time? Easy, read a book, exercise, learn a new recipe, or maybe make time with you and your partner to leave the kids at home and then drive to an empty parking lot and have hot steamy sex in the backseat. Sounds like a good time. But you know, do at least one thing that you always say you don’t have the time for.
And if you’re really ready to take that dive into the sublime unknown, leave your phone at home, see if you can survive without that thing glued to your hands. Wild huh? You might have to make eye contact for a brief moment on the train with a stranger.
I can keep listing things you could do or the reasons why it’s worth your time to do what I’m saying, but I think you already know.
